Jomo Shimbun Web Database Membership Agreement
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement stipulates the terms and conditions of the contract between Jomo Shimbun and the members for the members to use the Jomo Shimbun Web Database Co., Ltd. as stipulated in Article 3.
Article 2 (Service content)
1) Jomo Shimbun provides a web database search service to its members. 2) Jomo Shimbun may add, change, partially amend or abolish the service contents provided to the members without prior notice to the members, and the members shall consent to this. 3) Jomo Shimbun does not take any responsibility for changes to the Web database.
Article 3 (Member)
1) A member is an individual, corporation, group, etc. registered through the enrollment procedure prescribed by Jomo Shimbun. 2) Members cannot transfer their qualifications at any time.
Article 4 (enrollment)
1) Those who wish to become a member using the Web database shall apply using the prescribed format on the Internet. 2) The membership application shall be an expression of agreement to this agreement, and the Web database usage contract shall be concluded at this point. 3) Jomo Shimbun will notify the membership applicant of the user ID and password by mail.
Article 5 (Usage fee)
Individual member 1) The member shall pay the usage fee specified separately within 14 days after billing. As a general rule, the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, this does not apply if there is a reason for return that is the responsibility of Jomo Shimbun. 2) If payment is not made within 14 days after billing the usage fee, the membership will be canceled and the usage contract will be invalidated. Article 6 (User ID and password)
1) The user ID and password given to individual members will be available after the Jomo Shimbun confirms that the usage fee has been paid. For corporate (corporate) and group members, you can use it as soon as you receive your user ID and password. 2) The member shall take full responsibility for the management and use of the assigned user ID and password. 3) The member shall not be able to transfer, lend or use the user ID and password to a third party. 4) Jomo Shimbun will not be held responsible for any damages caused by mistakes in the use of user IDs and passwords, inadequate management, or unauthorized use by third parties.
Article 7 (contract period)
1) The usage start date is the day when Jomo Shimbun registers the user ID and password and notifies the membership applicant, and the usage contract is valid for one year (until the end of the same month one year later).
Article 8 (suspension of service)
1) During the contract period, if the number of usage reaches the contracted number, the search service will be stopped. 2) If the number of usage does not reach the contracted number during the contract period, the remaining search usage right will be extinguished. 3) System operation may be temporarily suspended due to computer maintenance, etc. In that case, we will try to notify you in advance on the homepage, but in an emergency, we may stop the service without prior notice.
Article 9 (withdrawal)

Article 10 (copyright protection, etc.)

Article 11 (Revocation of usage approval, etc.)

Article 12 (Change of this agreement)

Article 13 (Agreement Jurisdiction Court)
If a lawsuit is required between the member and Jomo Shimbun regarding this agreement, the Maebashi District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
Article 14 (Effectiveness of Membership Agreement)
