　"TOVAS" is a cloud service that distributes data such as invoices and orders.It is said that simply uploading PDF data of forms such as invoices, delivery documents, and order forms will be delivered to the receiving side by means such as web, fax, and mail.

　The archive function to be offered this time is a function that automatically preserves the transmitted form and data on the cloud, and will be able to browse and search for files from the web browser.As a result, it is necessary to do manual work such as downloading and storing when storing the sent data, so that it can be efficient.

　The price is 5,000 yen per month (excluding tax), and multiple blancs are set according to the capacity.In addition, the basic contract of @tovas is required for use.

　In the future, we plan to provide the law revision of the Electronic Book Preservation Law, the digital certificate function such as E -seal and time stamps, and the data storage function on the receiving side to support the invoice system.
